Great choice for family trips

We had a great time staying here! The room was spacious enough for all of us, even with our 3 big suitcases lying around. It was like being in our own little apartment! Plus, the staff helped us with moving our luggage around which saved us a lot of hassle!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it at the end of the day.

My kids wished for better sleeping arrangements. We had only three twin beds for four of us. The staff didn't seem to have a flexible approach to our situation .

Oh man, the grub in Osaka is a culinary delight! I devoured the yakiniku at Sumi Yaki Mizu Shichirin Yakiniku Sho Tajima—just pure roasted meat magic! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was superb, with a hearty selection that would make any foodie swoon.

On the flipside, I found the lobby situation a bit quirky and the linens situation was a hot mess—dirty ones piled high in the hallway. Plus, that sneaky tax charge on arrival? Not cool, even if it wasn't a hefty amount.

I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, making it easy to explore Osaka. The spacious Deluxe Quadruple Room was perfect for my family, with comfortable beds and daily cleaning, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our stay.

It was just a good match for a short interlude in Osaka with very good value for money. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, but the staff was friendly in addressing our concerns. Bring your own fruit knife if you plan to cut any snacks.
